Deputy General Manager - Digitalization
Current• Lead smart manufacturing projects across AIS business units• Strategize digital transformation implementation and standardization roadmap in tandem with business and budget forecasting• Prepare RFX in accordance with user requirement for digitalization projects• Vendor identification, evaluation and onboarding• Publish URS, FDS documents and sign-off from business• Publish and manage project charter in line with delivery schedule• Provide support for infra and application integration as SPoC• Knowledge sharing with internal customers for horizontal implementation across plants• Ensure high availability by incidence resolution• Drive new technology adoption by introducing latest tech, industry interactions and conducting demo and PoC• Lead trainings to team members and departmental users to ensure user adherence• Facilitate cost optimization by reviewing solution architecture, introducing new tech and bench marking industry standards• Implement continuous improvement by Value Stream Mapping, FMEA and PDCA
