Currently oversee phlebotomy services for Cadence Health - Central DuPage Hospital, Delnor Hospital, and Healthlab reference lab including - 10 direct reports and over 350 total employees. CDH is the fourth largest hospital lab in the United States. Healthlab operates as a full service reference lab with substantial presence in Illinois and Indiana.

Oversaw the day to day operations of the phlebotomy services including two inpatient hospital facilities, two immediate care/physician office buildings, as well as several patient service centers throughout McHenry County. Responsible for the hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.• Improved morning Turn Around Times (TAT) by over 20% through process and staffing modifications.• Start up and coordination of Patient Service Centers (PSC).• Developed and fostered positive relationships through rounding with intra/inter-departmental personnel, patient access, nursing, acute/immediate care centers, emergency department, and physician/physician practices, which resulted in increased communication and trust between the laboratory and other departments.
