At The Buckle, my job is to sell clothes to the best of my ability. That may seem simple enough, but Buckle takes sales much more seriously than you would expect. The first part is memorizing the basic ~100 Jean fits and brands, including the measurements of the waist, hip, thigh, knee, bottom opening, and percent spandex. After that, we try to include other pieces of clothing in our presentation by gaining trust and giving information only to be as helpful as humanly possible. Then alongside with the sale, we incorporate numerous ways to create future business.

Almost exactly the same mentality as a Buckle salesman, although not as in depth. It is about creating great sale presentations with the same processes as Buckle but with measurements in suits instead of jeans, and less variety in product to show.

The main job as a Host was to seat customers into the dinning room, but more often we would be answering phone calls and placing to-go orders. On some days of the week, we would also package the to-go orders into the boxes and bags you would expect to pick up.
