As the first line of defense, I manage Capital Markets based supplier relationships on behalf of BMO. Supplier management activities include contract governance, risk management framework application, and regulatory guideline compliance. I am responsible for the day-to-day management of supplier arrangements including ensuring delivery of contracted services and mitigation of associated risks, including proactive issue and performance management, and contract negotiations.My area of expertise is in the Capital Markets space, including fixed income trading and settlement platforms, Securities Operations activities, and Investment Portfolio accounting.
