We….• Create actionable insights through data/analytics• Deliver quality development programs• Improve data quality and adoption of our sales enablement tools• Create communities of practice to leverage our global capabilitiesThe organization includes the following responsibilities:• Sales Analytics – analyzing sales data on a global basis to provide insights into performance, trends and best practices• Sales Development – Deliver programs that ensure our sales team have the capabilities to be successful, including on-boarding, sales training, leader training.• Client Insight – Manage the global Client Loyalty Program providing insights on survey results and action items to improve overall Client experience• Sales Enablement adoption and training – provide training, metrics and reporting to improve overall data quality and adoption of our sales enablement tools, including Sales Force, Seismic, CPQ and various digital selling tools
