• Managing the daily operations of Shop This Week, a sustainable general store/café, including maintaining cleanliness of the store, providing sincere customer service to all customers, educating myself and others on each product sold in store, and creating artisanal coffees• Assisting in seeking out new products or vendors to introduce to the shop, pricing new or on sale items, doing consistent stock takes, and reordering items needed for shop operations.• Main editor for Plant Shop Manchester’s website (Squarespace) and only editor for Shop This Week’s website (Shopify). Duties include: Adding and editing inventory, creation of design aspects and content pages throughout the website, curating blog posts, and promoting specific marketing/sale initiatives throughout the users experience from first click to confirmation emails.• Manager of staff within Shop This Week– Interviewing, sending out job offers and refusals, creating the training program as well as leading training, developing work rotas and cleaning procedures, hosting/sitting in on all team meetings and consistently being on call to assist staff when needed.

• Delivered friendly customer service to guests coming into Sun Peaks by creating and fulfilling bookings for the daycare, ski lessons, rental orders, etc.• Assisted the supervisor with administrational tasks, such as updating documents and manuals• Managed caregiving staff with their daily programming, breaks, and schedules, as well as assisted on the daycare floor whenever necessary
