Service Delivery responsibilities included initial financial projections, establishing organizational structure, system set up, management development, ongoing client servicing and the development of partnerships with corporate wide business partners. Managed operations in multi-state locations in support of Purchasing Card, Small Business, and Corporate Card Products. Functions managed included: Underwriting, Fraud, Client and Cardholder Servicing (Call Center), Disputes, Collections and Accounting.
