With my extensive experience and training in leading people, I strive to engage myself in projects and organisations where we together can create a lasting impact. Starting humbly as a football coach, to my formal role as a squad leader in the Swedish Armed Forces, continuing on towards my leading role as a station manager in Skanditrip and finally branching out on my own with Coach Microlearning; I have always been driven by synergising amazing people with fantastic ideas. In these projects and ventures I always try to leverage my multilingual upbringing and my Engineering Physics and Economics education to help develop anything I am involved in.In my current venture with Coach Microlearning, our platform empowers employees to enhance their learning and knowledge retention through gamification, while harnessing the power of AI and data analytics to assist decision-makers in making prudent investments in their organisation's collective knowledge. This approach not only mitigates costly errors but also improves safety measures and fosters higher levels of employee engagement. Through Coach Microlearning, we demonstrate the considerable returns on investment derived from cultivating an informed and engaged workforce.I am also involved in several other SaaS projects, which I hope to present to the world soon!
