CurrentResponsible for creating and maintaing architecture of multiple subject area 1.Customer Operations Reporting/Analytics. 2.Credit Service Reporting. 3.360 degree Customer touch point Analytics 4.Payment and Adjustment Analytics. 5.Collections and Write-Offs Reporting. 6.Customer Communication Channel Analytics (Call, IVR, Email, Notification etc.) 7.Pandemic Analytics. 8.Responsible for Managing architecture for Near real time reporting and Data replication b/w BI and Customer operation servers. 9.Labor Insights and Agent Performance indicators Designed Data Architecture and Model for subject areas like 1.Outage reporting. Completed multiple proof concept in BI 1.Event and Journey Analytics (Process Mining and Analytics) 2.AWS/Snowflake migration. 3.Hadoop based Archival. 4.Teradata performance reporting/Tuning for BI work products. 5.Multiple data ingesting approach using Python (Pandas, TERADATA fast export using Jdbc, pyarrow), Linux shell etc. During TWC and Charter merger was responsible for 1.Integrating network access for TWC/BI servers into Charter network. 2.Create new code management process, 3.Responsible for identifying root cause of performance issues and provide a solution to developers (TD/MSTR) to fix the issue in new development of BI (P270) . 4.Responsible for creating reporting for BI’s Teradata performance and SLA performance etc. 5.Helping MicroStrategy Architects to efficiently trace and execute reports on Teradata (like Fast Export, Using Primary key in Passes, using query band etc.) Mentoring and training new architects on Charter business, BI architectural standard and design processes and Charter specific process. Prior to Charter Merger with TWC:- I was responsible for maintaining architecture, data model, review, migration, performance tuning. access, SLA attainment etc.
