I am a member of the Client Relationship Marketing (CRM) team for North America in Health and Public Service industries. I provide operations support for the team and their accounts.For nine months, I was a member of our global internal communications team focused primarily on data & analytics across all our businesses, which includes internal sites, Mailers, Yammer and broadcasts/Teams Live events. Our team worked with our business partners to ensure that they have accurate and helpful data to make decisions on content and channels.For 2 1/2 years, I was a member of a global internal communications team supporting our industry groups and focused on our Internal Digital Platform (Wordpress), Mailers, broadcasts and our internal technology. I’m a Mailer and IDP expert among my marketing team and my peers. I collected, tracked, and analyzed all metrics for the comms team monthly including: email open rates and click thru rates, portal article page views, participation in broadcasts, views of videos, industry client wins, and various campaign metrics. Prior to this role, I was on the Products Operating Group - Marketing Internal Comms team focused on mailers, broadcasts, and our internal technology. I managed our Products internal comms calendar and helped our industry teams identify which medium to use for global calls and broadcasts. I also handled logistics for broadcasts for Products including our industries and OUs. I managed the Products internal site content by determining when it should be published, publish articles and share to industries, OUs and other sites. I collected and tracked all analytics and metrics for the Products comms team monthly. I was in this role for nine years.Prior to marketing, I was an Executive Assistant supporting various executives including Marketing, Financial Services, Strategy, and CMT. I supported the Local Marketing Manager in the Dallas office for 10 years.I have a BS in Marketing from the University of Phoenix; and I joined Accenture in May 1997.
