1. Selecting and design the proper tooling 、fixtures and gauge for machining process 2. Preparing documents to support the shop floor production. This may include but not limited to documents like Job Instruction Sheet, Control plan etc. 3. New equipment introduction and insuring the machine running well 4. Being able to use Statistics Processing Control methodology to improve quality to meet quality goal is crucial to this job. 5. Designing and/ or improving fixtures for current or new products 6. Support new product introduction development and PPAP submission 7. Performing field failure analysis based on requirements 8. Accomplish the assigned tasks to support operational excellence such as 6 Sigma, ISO9001 etc
