I have successfully defended a variety of companies, as well as individuals in the financial services, real estate, construction, insurance, pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the defense of both commercial and class action claims, including breach of contract, fraud, business torts, antitrust, TCPA, privacy and consumer protection actions. I am the founder and chair of Kutak Rock LLP’s eDiscovery & Information Management Group. In this capacity, I counsel clients in all aspects of the discovery process, including data retention policies, early case assessment, vendor selection, outsourcing, collection, review, data production, motion practice and the taking and defending of depositions. In addition, a wide range of clients frequently seek my advice on approaches to litigation preparedness, motion practice, and project management. I have managed eDiscovery projects both onshore and oversees involving terabytes of data and hundreds of document reviewers. I am a thought leader in the electronic discovery field, closely following new legal developments and implementing new technologies.
