• Raise $1 million in individual giving revenue each fiscal year from two membership programs with annual giving levels ranging from $75 to $50,000.• Supervise Manager of Individual Giving position focused on budgeting, planning and execution of donor-exclusive events (including seated dinners, luncheons, cocktail receptions, behind-the-scenes workshops, and intermission lounges) as well as solicitation of contributions less than $1,000.• Develop a comprehensive Individual Giving strategic plan to begin execution September 1 with the goal of increasing the number of donors by 27% in FY20.• Manage Development Department expense budget of $350,000, including quarterly reconciliation and re-forecasting.• Chaired Operations Committee, including running weekly cross-departmental meetings to discuss and govern day-to-day company operations, communicating updates to full company, facilitating joint Operations/Steering Committee meetings to tackle tough issues facing staff members and consider policy/procedure changes. • Served on Steering Committee (senior-level staff), including season planning, high level strategic planning, policy writing.• Successfully planned and executed the three highest grossing annual fundraising galas, grossing $685,000, $650,000, and $638,000 respectively. Managed multiple event elements including underwriting/ticket sales, raffle, live auction, and after-party. Consistently kept all gala expenses to less than 25% of gross revenue.• Planned and executed celebration events for DTC's 2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award.
