• Analyzes credit applications for lease / retail contracts while following guidelines for compliance • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles in the analysis and evaluation of the prior, current and future financial conditions of ongoing and projected projects, programs and operations to determine status, performance, expenditures and revenue.• Build relationships with dealership level to increase closure rate, follow up with dealers on pending contracts• Accurately input and audit lease and retail contracts into the Contract Origination System (COS) and transmit to our portfolio system. Negotiating contracts mitigating performance risk and evaluating risk.• Knowledgeable in risk mitigation, financial evaluation and due diligence techniques.• Assists customer in contractor surveillance to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Provides on site evaluation as needed.• Coordinates all submission into a consolidated budget and financial report. • Oversees the review and analysis of financial documentation and evaluates performance measurement criteria.• Maintain performance levels consistent or above with department standards

• Manage & resolve lease accounts by providing accurate information to account holders • Provide support/resolution to customer/dealer through telecommunication, email, workbasket cases, and direct mail inquires and processes• Verification of account information according to MBFS compliant standards• Scheduling of AutoVIN inspections for clients; educating them on the inspection process and expectations• Act as a liaison between the customers, the dealership and internal departments within MBFS• Communicate with customers to resolve maturity bill once lease is terminated• Negotiate payment plans and settlement options and create waivers for customer loyalty to the brand• Promote loyalty incentives and products to customers• Educating customers on loyalty offers and proper information on how to obtain them• Maintaining daily team and department goals• Handle inbound/outbound calls • Process faxes received electronically and ensuring they are sent to the appropriate agent with clear and concise notes on the account
