Created virtual flute choir video performance and memoriam video for closing ceremony.Managed publicity for Youth Flute Day, including identifying and contacting pertinent groups and creating publicity materials.

Created four virtual flute choir video performances for festival’s final concert created by compiling individual videos recorded by each choir member of their part using Final Cut Pro; the largest ensemble consisting of over 60 videos which then had to be synchronized musically and visuals formatted.Managed correspondence with flute choir members including delivering assigned parts and adjusting parts assignments as movement restrictions and access to instruments necessitated.

The festival gathered over 350 flutists (specifically players of flutes lower than the concert flute) from around the world attended a weekend of workshops and performances. Festival Dates: April 6-8, 2018, held in Reston, VA.I collaborated closely with the Festival Director, the other festival staff members, volunteers and performers both before and during the festival. I was in charge of the website for the festival, I worked on the design, created website content and made content edits as necessary. I also designed MailChimp and printed flyers that connected with potential attendees. Prior to the festival I managed The Professional Flute Choir parts assignments for 55 players across 10 pieces, facilitating four separate performances. I also ran the sound system for day-time performances, working with and accommodating the requests of performers.Note on the Website Link: the website is currently being updated with information for the next festival to be held in April 2020 in Urayasu, Japan. So some information has been changed from what I initially worked on but much of the design and content is what I created.

As one of three Learning Assistants (LAs) for Astronomy 1010 I worked with the professor and TAs, helping to facilitate learning and small group discussions during lecture and lab sections.
