Familiar with all aspects of PCBA and system level manufacturing. Technical interface between design, manufacturing, field service, sales, and product management. Responsible for continuation design integrity and manufacturability. Designed two standard cell devices and many PC and video module designs. Gave work direction to manufacturing line technicians, MIS, systems engineering, and document control. Directly supervised project designers and technicians. Worked as ASIC/hybrid, oscillator, diode and capacitor component engineer. Designed test fixtures, wrote Teradyne test programs, and specified incoming tests and procedures. Performed reliability and new product qualification, line yield improvement and cost reduction.
