Earning a rapid promotion, I focused efforts on improving the return/risk profile of Wyoming’s real estate and infrastructure assets portfolio totaling $3B+.🔷 After establishing and optimizing the state’s infrastructure program, I launched and managed the complementary, discretionary single-asset portfolio (Lupine E); worked alongside the CIO to co-manage the opportunistic portfolio (Lupine D); and remediated our core real estate (RE) portfolio and rebuilt the non-core RE program.🔷 Maximizing returns with a keen eye on risk, I set the foundation for all investments to outperform industry benchmarks, including the innovative and highly successful Lupine E, which achieved +95% outperformance.
