As an IT Team Leader and IT Mentor, I am responsible for leading and inspiring a dynamic team of approximately 30 IT professionals, including staff, interns, and participants, under the Jouw IT Talent label of WerkRaat. Our mission is to train the next generation of IT professionals through intensive training programs, hands-on experience, and personalized guidance. At Jouw IT Talent, we help participants define their professional ambitions, set SMART goals, and chart their career paths. This is combined with practical experience in a versatile IT environment, where we work with technologies such as Azure, Office 365, Intune, Windows 2019 Servers, Omni Player Servers, and WDS.Our network supports about 80 users on Azure and 150 participants with BYOD access. Additionally, we serve organizations in our local area and develop test environments to facilitate hands-on learning experiences. My focus is on fostering a culture of growth, transformation, and empowerment. We also assist employers in hiring talented participants at no cost. Together, we build not only careers but destinations.

As Marketing Director at New Glory International, I am tasked with overseeing various aspects of our digital presence and media production. From graphic design to website management on Shopify, I ensure that our online platform reflects the essence of our brand and captivates our audience. In addition to these responsibilities, I am the producer of two prominent television programs: 'An Hour With Jesus' and 'Behind The Scenes'. These programs are broadcast weekly via satellite TV, YouTube, Facebook Live, and Twitter, offering engaging content to our viewers worldwide. Leveraging Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, I meticulously craft each episode, infusing them with creativity and visual appeal.Furthermore, I manage the Azure and Microsoft 365 environment remotely, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and upholding the highest standards of security. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, I am committed to enhancing the digital footprint of New Glory International and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
