Small Business Technical Support - Companies that do not have an Internal IT department use our company's services. We build, upgrade and maintain computers and networks and servers for small businesses, but these days, we mostly utilize the major computer brands (Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus etc.) for our clients' projects. We support and implement new technology and integrate it with existing systems. We provide training and turnkey office systems. Expertise with MS-DOS, MS Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.0, 8.1 Windows 10 plus all Apple Operating systems including OS X up to 11.22 Bi Sur. Intel Product Dealer. Expertise within the Financial Industry as regards implementing the SARBANES-OXLEY ACT OF 2002. We have Dental and Medical Practices, Hedge Funds and General Contractors, Plumbers, Law Offices, Elementary schools, sports organizations, (non-profits) many Home Office Users, basically any office, small business or home - from one up to about 10 computers is in our range. A large part of our business is helping clients upgrade from older machines to new machines, bringing across all their Data and configuring everything in their office to work with the new computer, including phones an printers and scanners. I specialize in San Francisco's old, well-built large house that struggle with wifi signal strength. I can give you several hundred Mbps wirelessly, and true Gigabit speeds when connected with ethernet cables. (eg 973 Mbps downstream and 975 Mbps upstream.) Zooming and streaming multiple family members simultaneously without any problems is one of my specialties.Started in the industry in 1982 and formed my own Tech Support company in 1994.Specialties: Specifying the correct computer hardware and software for each individual's or company's requirements. Extremely fast response time for emergencies.
