Duties include supporting the accuracy and integrity of enrollment and premium billing data by overseeing the day to day operations activities of member profile management and Health Plan data reconciliation while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations related to Medicare and the Bureau of Insurance enrollment data reconciliation.Identify process and workflow gaps and develop and maintain standard work to manage process improvement activities.

Investigate, analyze and determine the extent of Progressive’s liability concerning loss or damages, and affect settlement with claimants and insureds primarily through attorneys.Correspond with and/or interview medical agents, police, medical professionals, witnesses, claimants and insureds to compile information. Analyze information and communicate decisions regarding liability and claim value.
