I am an experienced business owner with 28 years of demonstrated history working in the broad and evolving field of health and wellness. I have direct experience working with Nonprofit Organizations, Businesses, Community Organizations and Schools. I have skills in Music and Dance, Event Management, Public Speaking, and Community Leadership for all age groups. Artistically I am an accomplished pianist, accordionist, dance caller and instructor with a dual interest in both Cultural Heritage and Expressive Healing Arts. In recent years I received Certification as an End-of-Life Doula Specialist and Level II Reiki practitioner and have prior training in complementary therapeutic modalities. My approach to all aspects of life and work is driven by a belief in the essential elements of the wisdom teachings and an understanding of the science behind holistic system models. It is with this perspective that I have developed strong entrepreneurial and communication skills that include techniques and practices for effectively harnessing a "flow state" of being, executing consistent acts of kindness, practicing the essential work of forgiveness, and encouraging play to open the mind of possibility and creative power. I characteristically have an enthusiastic and cheerful personality with a bright, healing presence. My greatest joy is the experience of a creative, collaborative and community-building effort to come to fruition and manifest. In 2021 I earned a Certification from the American Sailing Association for Bareboat Coastal Cruising and crewed on a boat in my first race on the open ocean.
