Oxen Farm Solutions a high growth start-up intended to establish India next Generations farm Mechanizations Company. Oxen provides a full range of farm mechanizations services using modern agricultural machines and technologies, delivered by the company's own trained personnel on a 'pay-for-use' basis. I led a team of ten coordinators across MP, CG project and have harvested Soybean and Rice about8000 Acre and generate the revenue of 10.7 million INR. I was responsible for day to day operations, handling the MIS more than 200 entries on daily basis, handling village level agents for payment collection to deposit in company bank account (40 Lakh collections in 20 days in CG). While working I had set coordination with M-paisa of vodafone company for resolving cash handling issue and also coordinate with Indian Oil Coperation for diesel card for making fuel filling more easier to operators on daily basis.

Handling the block level different themes projects such as Micro-Finance, Women Empowerment, education, Livelihood creation through Farm, Non-farm, Off-Farm.Also, job profile includes liaising between different stakeholders within the block like BDO, Bank Managers, representatives of Panchayats and many more. work was directly related to the grass-root level where beneficiaries were women at large. I was leading the team of more than 100 staff across 13 Panchayat’s covering 37 villages in Samastipur, Bihar and closely monitoring and evaluating day to day ground operation. There are 300 SHGs formed under my eyes and have ensured numbers of 245 saving accounts opening and 245 SHGs linked with credit of amount 82.5 Lakh and Bank loan disbursements of amount 82.5 lakh to self help groups and ensure loan amount have not been NPA. I have done regular meeting with Bankers related to resolve the issues of NPA, saving account, opening and loan amount and document preparation with different bank branches. Set up 1 mother units of hatchery and formed 2 producers group in Pusa block of Samastipur district on bee keeping in which each producer group has 40 womens. I was the key person who encourage and Manage 1000 of self help group women during Manav Srinkhla of Bihar government for anti alcohol campaign with coordination of block level authorities. In farm activity, I took initiative and formed 1 PG of 30 self help women of passi community on Neera production and Jaggery making through Palm tree of one panchyat of pusa block. 2 ward of 300 household of Harpur Mahmada panchayat of Pusa block, Samastipur (Bihar) declared ODF under my supervision and guidance.

Udyogini is a Non for profit Delhi based organization committed for Women empowerment and livelihood promotion for rural unprivileged communities.. In Udyogini I worked as a Associate operation Manager and handling women functional literacy project of SDTT and looking day to day operation of women literacy center ,managing 20 women literacy centers at Bundu Block and khunti district of 20 various naxal affected village of Jharkhand and trained 500 tribal women in functional literacy and align them with skill development program and livelihood activities and ensure maintenance of monthly data base of each centre and hence pre prepare a draft report for the same. I design activity book “JHILMIL” for women learners based on field experience ,so that they can learn in a joyful environment, developed logical thinking, teambuilding and decision making etc.Conducted value chain study with support of team on goat rearing with 2200 producers in Ranchi, Gumla and Khunti district of Jharkhand and identified gaps and opportunities of livestock. I was also involved in the proposal writing of the project.

Responsible for developing and demonstrating child centric education environment by developing purposeful relationship with 5 Rural government schools headmasters in Churu district of Rajasthan. While Working with Head Masters of upper primary schools successful efforts were made on planning organizing Baal Sabha, set up Library, regularizing assembly and class room. Worked on quality education and successfully enriched the learning process inside and outside the classrooms. Took sessions on conflict resolution with Head Master and staff members. Conduct community(Siksha Jagriti) workshop to bring community and School in a common platform to share their ideas, emotions, problems, commitment, achievement, willingness from both the side (school & community) in 8 different Govt. UPS School at Rajgarh Block (Rajasthan) where I addressed 400 youths and parents. Skilled 100 youths on basic computer literacy in my community project with behavior skill and provided some values in a workshop mode to those youths who was drop out, unemployed and uneducated and created such model where trained youth could trained untrained youth with the help of community and Govt. School and I sustain this community project on basic computer literacy in two villages of Bhamasih and Rewaribas. This community project had appreciated by District magistrate of Churu and invited to scale up this model to other villages. Apart from that there were some of scheduled activities in our fellowship like Planning and reflection in written on daily basis, 10 days meditation, private dream articulation, personality test, consolidation and exhibition quarterly, attended more than 15 HM workshops and facilitate 2 government HM trainings,development of community project and implement on ground. Organized event like Art Mela in 5 schools, Sports events in 3 schools and collected fund of rupees 40 thousand from community to brought computer for children by the help of SMC members, teachers and community.

In Unicef I worked as a Consultant child protection in supaul district of Bihar in District child protection unit. I Attended the proceeding of CWC and JJB, Undertake Counseling sessions of children at district level through CWC and JJB, Liasoning with govt. dept like ADSS, healthdepartment, Police, juvenile justice board, social welfare department for provide the better rehabilitation & care to the Children. To set up 10 village child protection committee in Supaul district. Being consultant child protection cum counselor in UNICEF in Supaul district( Bihar) I Counseled 60 child conflict law children in various cases like murder, rape and some pity cases and submits reports to JJB Magistrate and help them to out from trauma. Organized 1 district level workshop on child labor, child trafficking and child rights with the support of Assistant Director of Social security Department, supal ( Bihar).

Working as a Research officer in various district of bihar like Nalanda, Nawada and Jehanabad of NIPI project. I Monitor and support training of ASHA to ensure the progress of the training and implementation of program at ground level with the coordination of medical officer, ANM & LHV. I had also documented the reports of training like monthly progress report, Block health report and District report. Liasioning and networking with Civil Surgeon and other health personal of the District & Blocks to ensure implementation of program at ground level.
