CurrentManage relationships with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Leasing Managers, and other dealership management personnel as the primary sales contact between Dealerships and Business Center, service 50-60 small volume dealerships.Effectively communicate, present and support corporate plans and programs (retail, wholesale, dealer loan, fee income, CRM) to Dealer. Assist in the execution of the Sales / Business Plan for the territory market, Support and implement all Six Sigma initiatives, Support Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI), CVP and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) initiatives. Monitor Dealer performance to mitigate risk.
