Travel Manager
CurrentExperience in handling all aspects of VIP travel arrangements. Thorough knowledge of Sabre and Apollo. *Special knowledge of international reservation process. Confirm lowest logical air, car and hotel reservations according to the accounts travel policy. Maintain thorough knowledge of the concur reservation process – including quality control and the on-line booking tool processes.Keep phone in available state ready to accept customer callsCommunicate all necessary client requests and/or concerns to supervisor and manager.Assist with value added projects requested by customers & Travel leaders management.Attend training classes and programs agreed upon by supervisor and manager.Attend and participate in team meetings.Keep abreast of current events and changes in the travel industry.Online reservation fulfillment and ticketing.Monitor and support all corporate email boxes.Help Desk Support – troubleshoot, analyze and research technical issues with the online booking tools.Rotate on call availability outside of office hours with a rotation among team members.Software Requirements:Excellent knowledge of computers and software including – Google, Explorer, Mobile Apps and latest technology Worldspan, Concur / Cliqbook Travel, MSOffice: Word, ExcelMy job requires that you have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills – telephone and email and organizational skills.
