I have over 10 years of experience in IT banking, compliance, and team leadership, and I am currently the General Manager at arcenciel, a social enterprise that engages in sustainable development and integrates persons with difficulties and marginalized communities in Lebanon. I participated in developing the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, empowering the team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.My previous roles at BNP Paribas, Emirates Lebanon Bank and General Commissioner at Scouts du Liban have instilled in me the value of education, training, and leaders' development.
