Robin is Senior Vice President Moda Health. Robin has led a variety of areas within Moda Health including behavioral health, Human Resources, Pharmacy and it's hospital and physician networks. Currently, Robin is the senior executive responsible for leading Moda Health's innovation team and initiatives as well as its Medicaid, Coordinated Care Organizations (EOCCO and the OHSU IDS) and Moda’s Systems of Care initiatives. He is also responsible for Moda Health's major state accounts, the Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB), the Public Employees Benefit Board (PEBB) and the Public Employees Retirement System Health Insurance Program (PHIP). Robin’s past experience and present leadership of these varied areas provides him with a broad perspective of the changing dynamics within both the commercial and government marketplaces. Prior to joining Moda Health, Robin served as Executive Director of the National Home Infusion Association based in Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to that he served as Vice President for Home Health Care and Institutional Services for the National Community Pharmacists Association also based in Alexandria, Virginia.Currently Robin serves as Chair of the Board of the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (EOCCO). He serves on the Board and is Secretary of the OHSU IDS. He is a member of the Diabetomics Inc Board of Directors He is a Director of the Oregon Business Council (OBC). He is also a current member of the American Diabetes Association’s (ADA’s) National Board of Directors and is also its Secretary Treasurer Elect. In 2016 Robin served the ADA as Chair of its National Board of Directors. He also served as Chair of the Board of the Oregon Minimum Insurance Pool (OMIP), Oregon’s high risk pool for the uninsured. He has served on the board of the Oregon Business Association (OBA) and it’s successor OBI. He is a Past-President of the Oregon State University College of Pharmacy Advisory Council. He is a past Board member and past two-term Chairman of the Board for the Foundation for Medical Excellence. Robin has been honored as an Alumni Fellow of Oregon State University and most recently as an Icon of Pharmacy by the Oregon State University College of Pharmacy. Robin is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.
