Duties and Responsibility:- Supports the design, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, documentation and maintenance all Cisco or Network Device within organization.- Monitoring, Maintaining, Configuring and troubleshooting WAN, Internet connection- Manages project and regularly occurring task timelines- Respond to assigned Tech Helpdesk Tickets correlated with Network Infrastructure, keeping related information /communication up to date and resolving then in a timely manner.- Ensures that easy to follow documentation/user manual exists for all Network configuration and topology.- Learns and applies pertinent JIS and school policies, rules and regulations with good judgment in a variety of situations.Detail Tasks/activities:- Evaluating JIS Network Topology so it has a good and efficient network topology base on Cisco best practice and JIS environment itself.- Evaluating all network devices IOS, Patches, Tuning configuration as needed.- Designing, deploying Wireless Access Point with Wireless Lan Controller on three campus.- Designing and deploying Wireless for Guest and JIS users with single SSID by implementing WPA2 Enterprise with 802.1X- Maintain and Tune Firewall or Internet Gateway in daily basses.- Maintain and Tune SMTP Server.- Maintain and Tune Recursive DNS.- Maintain and Tune VPN Server for remote access.- Maintain and Tune Core/Distribution Switch.- Maintain and Tune multisite campuses network through routing protocol- Do PoC of various Next-Gen Firewall system like Cyberoam, BlueReef SONAR, Lightspeed, Dell SonicWall, NetBox Blue, Websense- Maintain and Operate Hitachi Blade Server and Storage for VM.
