Assisting Project Management personnel with various tasks throughout the study lifecycle.Assist with the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout Phases of study management which includes:Database setup.Study documentation development.Equipment distribution/tracking.Report creation/distribution.Archival of study documentation.Coordinate Project Assurance meetings and assist with compiling meeting minutes andaction items.Support financial components of study management including:Assistance with documentation/database updates due to scope changes.Follow-up related to invoice reconciliations.Preparation of reports in support of study forecasting activities.Facilitate issue management by documenting and tracking progress to ensure timely resolution to customer escalations.

Develops and maintains project plan(s) with associated deliverables for all assigned projects. (30%) Works collaboratively with clients staff to contact, collect, and establish connectivity and manage EMR integrations. (20%) Coordinates client release activities to achieve an effective transition. (10%) Maintains an organized list of enhancements/bug fixes for each assigned client, coordinates review by QA/CS and provides feedback to project team. (10%)
