•Receive Bond Request Forms from clients and execute Bid Bonds and Final Bonds such as L&M Bonds or Performance Bonds within timely manner with intermediate level knowledge of the numerous Bond Forms Available in the Marketplace.•Assist with Misc Bond Requests , such as Quarry Permit Bonds, Highway Carrier Bonds, Commercial and Customs Bonds to name few.•Receive coverage information and direction and input into the system. •Produces cover notes, endorsements and invoices, policy checks, sorting, prioritizing and handle abeyance's on a daily basis for The Broking Department.•Handle telephone inquiries from Insurers and Underwriters•Request insurance documents on a timely basis.•Build productive working relationships with peers and higher level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and develop networks.

•Work with Broking Team to facilitate timely and accurate GRIP data entry;•Coordinating Account Managers and Brokers GRIP Data Quality, Finalization and Utilization Reports;•Updating placements and trades in GRIP, verify data quality and utilization issues and correcting where necessary;•Monitor marketing efforts and reporting for Aons Inpoint Partner Carriers•Coordinate with Brokers on marketing efforts progress for clients throughout the 120 renewal process and updating GRIP accordingly •Creating benchmarking reports for Account Executives to support Aons Client Promise•Obtaining and distributing product, carrier, industry reports from the GRIP Analytics Library for distribution to Account Executives and Brokers•Acting as local subject matter experts and coordinators for GRIP issues and communications both locally and regionally;•Verifying accuracy of GRIP data vs. Xpress data;

o Arrange and initiate training and coaching sessions for associates.o Answer questions, investigate and resolve internal and external issues.o Build and maintain confidence through correctly answering questions, offering suggestions, improving resource management and relay information regarding Staples polices and procedures. o Handle escalated calls upon request and follows up on multiple customer issues as well as maintaining a supervisory log for tracking purposes.
