MISSION: To enable others to use their time effectively to find a cure for breast cancer and at the same time keep a happy, organized environment. METHOD: Find the best way to use software to make everyday organized and every task fool proof (error free). I really need the fool proof sometimes! (no one is perfect!). OBJECTIVE: To keep smiling while keeping six balls in the air at the same time. With my particular position, my only objective is to "get it done!" (I don't actually cure cancer, I support those that working to that end!) I support six professors and their labs, which equals the entire floor of the building! In general no particular task of my day is difficult. The challenge is completing one hundred tiny tasks every day that complete the big picture. Set up meetings, conference calls, schedules, travel, events, process reimbursements, credit card allocations, answer the phone, order supplies and write emails that busy people can read in one line or less! In fact, I don't think they even read the complete first line, one must be so very creative!
