About Robin Schiff
It has been my pleasure to teach the Alexander Technique for over 30 years and Pilates for 18. My students come for all kinds of reasons including pain, enhanced performance, neurological conditions, posture, post-rehab, functional movement and strengthening. All of my teaching includes the expansive decompression of the Alexander Technique but everyone learns differently--a simple statement to be sure, but we will figure out what is best for you and go from there. My students vary greatly in what they do in their daily lives as well as in their movement experience. Everyone deserves to go through life with a bit of ease and freedom from pain. Sometimes we just need to understand a bit more about how to reorganize ourselves in order to feel better.

I've been teaching individuals and groups in my own studio and elsewhere since 1990. I added Pilates in 2003 and now teach the Alexander technique and Pilates separately and in combination with each other.
