My responsibilities include coordinating complex restorative and cosmetic treatment for patients that involve multiple specialists and laboratories. The treatment plan fees varies but most patient investments were over $15,000. I am a liaison for patients throughout their treatment. I manage and handle financial arrangements and have maintained a 98% or higher AR since the practice started in 2004. I also schedule patients working within a “perfect day” scheduling template. I am the OSHA and HIPAA compliance manager and receive re-certification yearly. I have developed many of the protocols that are still being used in the practice in all departments from infection control to financial options. I organize the monthly meeting agenda and calculate monthly provider production data and present in an excel spreadsheet to discuss at monthly meetings. I am also certified with the State of South Carolina to take radiographs, have a South Carolina Certification to Administer Nitrous Oxide and I assist Dr. Seay when needed.
