My role as general manager is to promote a high level of customer service while maintaining a safe working environment for all staff. I have completed the food manager certification. This has allowed me to teach others of proper food safety and handling so we may serve customers fresh food at proper temperature all while holding temperatures at the proper level. I have built and maintained employee retention and built moral by attaining and maintaining goals according to company standards. Team building does not just happen by management, the crew challenge themselves to meet new levels of excellence based on goals that were set before them by me. I have maintained P&L on a monthly basis by completing inventory count. I have 9 years of experience in monthly inventory and placing product orders twice a week from two different vendors. I have complete weekly schedules for staff and achieve that goal so employees have ample time to prepare for the upcoming work week. I am well versed is immediate schedule changes and work diligently to make sure ample staff is available based of projected sales as well as meet labor goals. I have a secure relationship with vendors in making sure we have the correct amount of product available to meet the projected sales. I maintain a clean and safe work environment for staff and customers based on local health inspector agencies. I have never recieved below a 95 on a health inspection. I work well with Microsoft excel, word and power point. I have knowledge of Aloha POS system for day to day operations.I consider myself an asset to Taco Casa and have built a great relationship across the board; from the customer lever to the corporate level.
