With over 30 years of retail management, merchandising, and human resources experience, I have a proven track record of improving underperforming functions, developing associate engagement strategies, and formulating process improvements for business growth.I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within my team and across the organization. I leverage my skills in new business development, team building, and communication to foster strong partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, as well as to identify and implement best practices and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse customer base.
