Lead : After demerger of Philips Lighting from Royal Philips I got a chance to found and lead a new documentation center team for Philips Lighting India Ltd (Presently Signify Innovations India Ltd). Formed a small team, designed the infrastructure of 2500 sqft. physical document keeping area as per standard of benchmark world leaders. For digitization of documents designed, consulted with tool designer and upgraded a customized e-document retrieval intranet tool. We maintain 100% digitization of our companies documents to protect against disaster and advance level documentation support during audit or any statutory times. Single point contact for any document support for Signify Innovation India Ltd.Our precious documentation center is protected with fire & smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, external and internal carton safety techniques (by pest controller), 24*7 security services, cameras etc. Additional responsibilities : Lead: In this role myself with an assistant capture accommodation cost data from Signify India employees' travel expense vouchers to prepare sheet for GST on accommodation cost. Prepare and publish monthly MIS to Finance, Fiscal team for further process to get GST input tax credit.Lead: In this role my team verifies consignment notes against Invoice furnished by transporters of Signify Innovations India Ltd.
