Provide full support through the development cycle sharing guidance and direction for successful deployments of new Adobe Commerce shopping experiences, ranging from, and not limited to, Adobe/Magento Commerce Cloud to Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe InDesign.

Application Support for Magento Digital Commerce (formerly known as Magento Enterprise Edition), Magento Enterprise Cloud Edition, Elasticsearch, Solr, Dotmailer and other software associated with Magento Shopping Cart application.Responsible for diagnosing and solving complex application problem reports. This includes, but is not limited to, solving complex configuration issues, API configuration, Linux and PHP configuration and search engine configuration as it pertains to the online shopping experience.This is done primarily by communicating complex information using Zendesk ticketing system, Zoom screen sharing conferences and direct communication with Merchants and internal stake holders.

Designed and implemented Web presence for small local businesses by assessing the needs of the client and their target audience using the most current web technologies. I created an online inventory tracking system using Linux/Ubuntu operating system, Apache2 with Tomcat web server and MySQL database. Coding was done with HTML5, CSS3, Perl and Python to connect to inventory database. Created an online client rent payment tracking system using Microsoft Windows 7, Apache 2 web server and MySQL database. Web interface was coded in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Perl and Python. Graphics were designed using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Created and implemented manual test cases. Designed User Acceptance tests and trained users how to use the system and manually test against requirements.Designed an online product tracking system for local Avon representatives to interface with the complicated AVON product interface using HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Perl and Python. Trained representatives how to implement call/sales tracking. Created an automated test framework for the product tracking system using Selenium and trained staff on automation techniques. Created a Perl class and trained 3 college interns on User Acceptance testing techniques. Wrote User Acceptance test cases and trained interns how to test against requirements.Participated in 1 year contract supplying technical telephone support for Linux and Mac OSX operating systems.

Last four years of my ten year, focused on writing test plans, test cases, use case and test scenarios, identifying automation test cases and writing automation scripts for products released to the general market. Software supported was Java, Java Server Pages, Perl, Python, Korn and C shell. All software was deployed on Linux (RHEL), AIX, HPUX, Solaris, Windows XP, Vista and 7, DB2, Oracle and MySQL.Developed a training methodology and a suite of test cases designed to ensure all web panels were fully accessible to assistive technologies using Jaws and Dragon Naturally Speaking. Designed and developed a web-based graphical user interface for the IBM/Tivoli Monitoring for Transaction Performance product. Development activities included working with architects and marketing teams to conceptualize, storyboard, prototype, and finally implement the user interface using HTML, CSS, Perl, and JavaServerPages. Played a key role in the evolution and successful deployment of this interface in six general availability product releases. Fused the usability, accessibility, and human computer interaction standards set forth by the W3, Tivoli Presentation Services, and customer usability assessments into an integrated software product solution. One aspect of these efforts led to a U.S. patent. Designed and implemented a web-based online help subsystem, which included a context sensitive help feature using HTML, CSS, Perl, Javascript and JavaServerPages. Provided technical level 2 customer support via telephone, chat sessions and video conferencing for 3 IBM/Tivoli products. Created user support manuals for key enterprise clients. Created automated follow-up procedures using change management following the ITIL process.

Designed, implemented, and maintained the intranet website for Motorola’s MOS13. Created the first professional web presence across departments for gathering requirements, creating storyboards in Photoshop and Powerpoint, and implementing prototypes effectively establishing online communication. Coding was done HTML and Perl. Conducted formal training classes for software applications and worked with training personnel creating online procedural manuals for new employees.

Created marketing collateral, event reservation tracking templates, event layout templates, and event calendars using Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express, and Macromedia Freehand applications. Worked with the webmaster to design and implement an online presence that included an event calendar and reservation request system - the first of its kind in the City of Austin at that time.
