The three words I use to describe myself are curious, innovative and experienced. I work in a fast paced manufacturing environment and enjoy supporting two large manufacturing sites and one distribution center. I have the unique background of being in both the education and medical fields, prior to becoming a Human Resources professional. I have experience in Disability Service's Management (Family Medical Leave, Worker's Compensation and Short Term Disability), developing Strategic Workforce Plans, Kaizen Facilitation for Non-Business Processes, Employee Relations, Staffing and Recruiting, Performance Management and Succession Planning, but I am most proud of the work that I have done with the creation, development and promotion of our apprenticeship programs. In my free time, I love reading and spending time with my family, friends and dogs!
