From May 2011 to March 2012, managing a customization team over 20 professionals toimplement 9 PD models, 7 LGD models, and 4 workflows of credit rating process for a first-tierbank holding company headquartered in New York, who has provided lending, advisory, andleasing services to small and middle market businesses guided by unparalleled industryexpertise and focus for more than 100 years. This is the first major RO project globally, and thetotal revenue is about 2M USD.Customization Projects on RiskAnalyst™ Platform• From May 2011 to Sep 2011, managed a customization team of 6 professionals to implementnew credit risk rating models, including 11 PD scorecards and 3 LGD scorecards, to help theclient to estimate PD and LGD for exposure within client’s C&I, SME and CRE lendingportfolios. The client is a leading U.S. banking franchise with operations throughout theSunbelt Region and ranks among the top 20 largest U.S. commercial banks based on depositmarket share. The total revenue for this project is near 2M USD.• From Apr 2009 to Oct 2011, successful managed a team of 10 software and financialprofessionals to implement an internal credit rating solution (PD rating scorecards, financialtemplates, reports) for a first tier bank in Hong Kong. The implementation included datamigration, 11 customization rating models, and 2 financial templates, reporting and ratingprocess integration. The total project revenue is over 6M USD.
