Following the launch of the Gravis open-ended range in January 2016 I have been fully focused with the London based infrastructure and property boutique who specialise in long term, secure, income-generative investments.Our first open-ended venture was the VT Gravis UK Infrastructure Income Fund (UKIIF) launched in January 2016 followed by VT Gravis Clean Energy Income Fund (CLEAN) in December 2017, VT Gravis UK Listed Property Fund (GULP) in October 2019 and most recently VT Gravis Digital Infrastructure Income Fund (DIIF) which launched on 31st May 2021.UKIIF distributes an annualised net yield of 5% from a diverse pool of UK based infrastructure projects with low volatility & a lack of correlation to other asset classes whilst giving inflation protection & modest capital appreciation. In December 2017 the VT Gravis Clean Energy Income Fund launched, investing in operational & income generating OECD renewable energy projects. The asset class fits comfortably within the Gravis philosophy of dependable, lower risk, cash generative investments. The VT Gravis UK Listed Property Fund (GULP), another income generative strategy. GULP invests through UK focused REITs into a broad range of specialist property sectors such as primary healthcare and logistics whilst avoiding exposure to the troubled UK high street retail.Most recently, on 31st May 2021, we launched VT Gravis Digital Infrastructure Income Fund investing in the physical assets facilitating the continued growth in on-line activity. Gravis also manage two closed ended London listed vehicles, GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd & GCP Asset Backed Income Fund Ltd
