Collaborates with managers on the selection process, reference checking and decisions. -Coordinates recruitment advertising for Berkshire Health Systems.-Manages the applicant tracking system, screening both internal and external applicants, forwarding applicants to hiring managers and maintaining ongoing communication with managers through the selection process.
