System and process now has a stepped reschedule message methodology throughout the supply chain resulting in a stable production plan. Transferral from standard purchase orders to long term Supplier Schedules with Fixed and Flexible horizons for all Suppliers, excluding DLF (Direct Line Feed) & Consignment.  Creation of Supplier OTD performance metrics, including supplier ranking. Developed Xdocking methodology to remove transactional and physical waste from the process. Creation of forward looking Load & Capacity charts and Load Factor efficiency measures. KPi's now an integral part of the weekly Operations review.
