As an IT Field Technician at The Kraft Heinz Company, I provide level 2 and 3 on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues. I troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, perform hardware upgrades and installations as needed, and manage and maintain network equipment and software. I also work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. I have a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Ara Institute of Canterbury, and multiple Cisco certifications in Cybersecurity Essentials, Network Defense, and Endpoint Security. I have also gained valuable experience as a System Engineer at NZ Army and a Service Desk Engineer at Connetics, where I supported various IT projects and services, such as network device configuration, communication in the field, mobile device management, and Office 365 support. I am highly motivated, organized, and responsible, with a keen enthusiasm for software and technology. I am dedicated to continual self-development, enjoy working closely with others, and have an eye for detail and identifying problems.
