Implementation Manager - Client Services

Leave Administration Human Capital Manager – Total Absence Management
I am responsible for the oversight for the administration of federal, state, and company leaves. Leave types include: FMLA, State Leaves (FMLA and non FMLA), Workers’ Compensation, STD, LTD and many company specific leaves which may run concurrent or independent from other leave types. Currently, I oversee the leave process, support and administrate all leaves for five, national organizations (approximately 32,000 employees). My duties include, but are not limited to: determining eligibility, medical certification processing, leave adjudication, and organizational support. Client and project management is of the utmost importance in this role.

This was a part-time position worked in conjunction with my full-time position(s). I was responsible for the training of front and back of house employees. Duties included but, were not limited to: training management on bookkeeping procedures, company procedures for reconciling statements, product ordering techniques and vendor relations. I implemented and administered new training programs for new hires and existing employees. Human Resources Senior Recruiter
I was the only Human Resources’ presence onsite for a 200 seat customer service center. My responsibilities included but, were not limited to: payroll concerns, bonus tracking, leave coordination, PTO coordination, recruiting, and scheduling. Since November of 2015, I extended over 400 offers of employment. I was the sole recruiter for the site. I sourced, recruited, interviewed, hired, and handled onboarding for all of the new employees. In addition, I recruited, interviewed, and hired three operations supervisors, an operations manager, two trainers, and two talent acquisition assistants – I was solely responsible for the onboarding and training of talent acquisition assistants.

In this position I worked with many different levels of personnel on a daily basis which required me to communicate effectively on all levels (entry-level through company president). I managed 76 employees who reported directly to me. Major accomplishment in this position: When I took over this role – my branch was operating at - $43,000 (under projected budget). Within five months I had eroded this deficit and we became profitable, enabling all employees to earn bonus. (this branch had not made budget nor had they shown a profit in four years)
