- Support my Project Team in administration, productivity tracking and schedules- Completing Project Procurement; subcontracts, equipment POs, bonding, shop drawings and opening up communication - Training on processes and work process improvements- Display proficiency and train on the use of Microsoft Project, Outlook, Adobe, Jonas and other related software programs used by the project team- Email tracking, logging and follow up- Project Management- Meet Project cost standards by monitoring expenses and cost-saving practices- Manage project charter and detailed cost coding- Project AR and AP processes as required by administrative team- Participate in educational training and industry current publications- Log and Create Standard Operation Procedures
