I have spent the majority of my career advising lawyers at Milbank on ethics, compliance and risk management issues. I have used my expertise to help shape internal policies, work with our lawyers and clients on compliance issues and advise Partners and other lawyers on questions of ethics, including conflicts and risk issues.As the Deputy General Counsel of Milbank LLP worldwide, I am tasked with liaising with our internal departments and advising our Firm lawyers on our legal obligations, including through risk management training and internal publications. I am also a member of the Firm’s Risk Management Committee.Prior to my risk management role, I started my career at Milbank as an associate in our Global Corporate Group, working on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases and other general corporate work.
