In addition, I am closely involved in the implementation of large-scale projects such as building new floors in the office and performing upgrades on the network.As European headquarters we also have to deal with a lot of VIP support, the VIPs in the building expect a high level of support but especially when management visits from America the expectations are very high.

    In my first project in IT, I worked as a back-office employee in the department of fiberglass connections at KPN. The team of employees was responsible for the order flow and in case of errors in the orders/systems, it was up to the back-office employees to solve this.This function included the proper management of the technical aspect of the orders that came through, this happened from an in-house developed system where the information was passed in XML format.At the start of this project there was a significant backlog in processing the incidents in this system, therefore I started working on a tool to automatically pick up the common incidents.Partly because of this, the workload was relieved in a short time so that there was room/time to check the processes and improve them where necessary.
