I worked at USAA from February of 2019 to June of 2021, as a member services specialist in policy services. I provided sales and service for all personal lines of insurance as well as handle billing questions and concerns and I was front line for customer service within the company. I worked at Albertsons LLC for over 9 years, starting in customer service, assisting in customer needs and problem solving. After 6 months I received my first promotion to cashier. Two years later I was then promoted to a Service Supervisor position, responsible for managing all employees in my department and handling all cash within my location. Along with being a Service Supervisor I am a back up bookkeeper which responsibilities include cash balancing, payroll, and minor HR functions such as hiring, terminations, and promotions. I have taken on responsibilities outside of my job title including inputting forecasted sales for the whole store into our computer program for scheduling and doing the schedule for the front end team of 25-30 people.
