In 1990, after serving 5 years as a USAF officer, I decided to completely change careers. Except, it wasn’t as much of a change as I thought. Bodies are similar to satellites in one critical area—they are a system of systems. I found that by using a systems approach to healthcare, I could help people biohack their health by sharing with them small changes to make a huge impact!After researching how nutrition can dramatically impact how our internal systems function, in 2015 I introduced the science of nutrigenomics into my practice. Nutrigenomics is simply the science of how food and nutrition can alter our gene expression-turning on survival genes that then keep us as healthy as possible from the inside out!By turning on these genes, learning to move and breathe properly, and aligning our physical bodies with gentle touch, we set the foundation for longer, healthier lives.At my age, I am healthier and happier than I have been in my entire life! And I want to help others achieve the same.
