 Coordination with engineering department regarding detail design, engineering deliverables, material requisition etc. Good knowledge of P & ID, Isometrics, ASME, ASTM, DIN, API codes and standards. Executing construction activities in accordance with project execution plan in a manner that achieves project technical requirements within the cost and schedule. Reviewing of project execution schedule and ensuring that project progress will be achieved. Preparation and development of execution plans as required. Ensuring all project scope changes are properly raised and recorded to cover man-hours, costs and schedule impacts and coordinating on preparation of back up documents. Piping prefabrication & erection activities including test packs completion, monitoring, hydro-test, retro jetting, fogging & re-instatement etc. Responsible for site engineering issues and carry out coordination between engineering team to resolve the issues. Preparation of Work front analysis, Construction sequences, method statements, testing procedures. Monitoring production/construction activities and progress based on productivity & schedule requirements. Technical bid evaluation and Review of vendor drawings from piping point of view and comment. Ensuring safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirement and company guidelines. Manpower, materials & equipment feeding and control of site for the effective utilization of resources. Monitoring manpower consumption to ensure not to deviate from the budgeted norms. Supports bid estimation, manpower calculation, review of project specification, scope of work etc. Coordinating with procurement/logistics department for material shortage, material management and new purchase requirements.
