I proactively co-operate and contribute inside and outside my department with the aim of minimizing all internal damages or other costs related to products. Taking the necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly. Another of my duties is to present products in the ‘AS-IS’ area, using a strong commercial focus, being an ambassador for reduced items and setting a relevant price that is attractive to customers; which still generates a financial result for the store. A key part to my role is to support the quality process in store to constantly improve customer’s quality perception of IKEA products. Sustainability is a major factor to my work ensuring there is little wastage and that any waste is disposed of in a cost conscious and environmentally minded fashion. I’m currently developing my leadership skills and taking on extra responsibilities within my role implementing new working methods, processes and tools. Leading the day to day running based on daily needs and challenges through interactions with departments and management as well as teaching and developing new and existing co-workers how to get the best out of their job role for their own development and the business needs.

Customer Returns handling complaints processing returns and offering solutions. Ground floor, serving customers and answering questions about the store. Level 6 meet and greet, handing out yellow bags, pointing customers in the right direction, tannoy announcements. Ensuring my area is clean and has everything needed to do my job.
